Refund Requests

Because our products are delivered digitally, all sales are generally final. Refunds, exchanges, or replacements will not normally be provided for reasons including:

• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• You would prefer a different product.
• You purchased the wrong product or no longer need it.
• Someone used your payment method without your permission. Unauthorized transactions should be reported directly to your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

In limited circumstances, we may review a refund request on a case-by-case basis. Approval is entirely at our discretion and is not guaranteed. Where we determine that compensation is appropriate, store credit may be issued instead of a cash refund.
